As a Project Manager at Big Picture you will be using your experience to plan, execute, and finalise projects. You will be responsible for the day to day management of customer deployment plans and coordinating the efforts of our teams to ensure that customer and stakeholders requirements are met. In addition to managing the scheduling and communications for internal and external project meetings, you will also have the opportunity to lead some of the smaller-scaled projects. You are also able to be involved and take part in special projects eg support model setup and workflow planning.
You will report to the Projects and Service Delivery Manager.
Responsibilities:
Communicate strategies and priorities to the teams as well as apprise the Executive on progress and influence concepts and expected results
Provide administrative support for project logistics and team coordination
Responsible for organising project team and customer meetings and ensuring that minutes are recorded
Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Ensure internal processes are followed to flag issues/risks to Product, Clinical and Customer teams
Proactively identify and communicate trends in customer feedback to BPM team
Manage reporting for internal and external teams
General support for department and company-wide initiatives

Approximately 3+ years of experience in a project management or support capacity
Excellent organisation, multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
Strong attention to detail and provide quality outcomes in all tasks and interactions
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Be able to demonstrate initiative
Ability to work well as part of a team and autonomously
Be comfortable and confident with ambiguity
